Your daughter, Katie, was entering into the next step of becoming a woman, and that step consisted of having her very own boyfriend. It was weird. He didn't seem to care when both of your sons had girlfriends. He's probably scared of the fact that his only daughter would be into the dating world. Levi objected to this and disagreed to the thought of his baby girl letting a nasty guy putting his filthy hands all over her. Most of the time you just ignored him because when she was a baby, he wanted her to grow up rather quickly so that she could use the toilet and so that he wouldn't have to change her diaper. Calling him a hypocrite is not enough to describe his attitude towards this situation.

"Levi, honey, you're going to have to get over it sooner of later." {Name} told him

He didn't even hesitate to tell you what he thought.

"Hell no. This is an abomination. She's too young for this kind of relationship. And plus, what if he breaks her heart?" he turned his head away and crossed his arms

"Why are you always trying to think of the negatives all the time? If you keep thinking that way, you'll never enjoy the visit he's going to give us this afternoon." you smirked and walked your way into the kitchen

His eyes quickly opened and followed you into the kitchen. "Why are you so damn easy going? That's it. It looks like I have to do things myself." he turns around to make his leave from the kitchen, but you grab his arm and pull him back.

"I can't believe you're okay with our daughter dating this little snot-nosed, perv.

"Levi, she's a teenager now. If you keep putting her into this little protective shell, she'll probably start to hate you. I know because I was a teenage girl once upon a time."

"Damn it, fine. I'll let him in the house. But if he looks at me or her funny, I'm getting my pistol."

You rub his beautiful, hard biceps.
